Responsibilities:
NimbleIT is growing its team of ServiceNow Developers working from NimbleIT office BC location to provide expertise to our growing number of ServiceNow projects. Specific duties include:
• Working with clients and providing leadership on best practices in areas such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue/ Request Fulfilment, CMDB & Asset/Procurement), Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM),IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Human Resource and Project Portfolio Management.
• Understanding and utilizing NimbleIT’s ServiceNow methodologies, collateral, and accelerators
• Conducting gap analysis and making assessments to identify the delta between current and ServiceNow processes.
• Customer oriented, with a passion for delivering excellent service and for continuous
improvement of services.
• Demonstrable expert knowledge and skills to create capabilities to drive Self-service and
automation. (Service Portal, Orchestration, Integration Hub).
• Designing, developing, testing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Installing and configuring ServiceNow infrastructure environment
• Assisting with demonstrations of ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Participating in Project team collaboration sessions with PM, Solution Architects and Process Consultants
• Providing support for existing ServiceNow solutions and recommending opportunities for enhancements
• Growing ServiceNow skills and knowledge through formal training, mentorship and hands-on experience
• Committing to staying current with major platform releases by ensuring all delta certifications are completed in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications:
• Degree/diploma in Computer Programming or directly related field.
• Four or more years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow products
• Two or more years of experience with custom application development with ServiceNow software suite
• Experience with more than one of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Discover,
• Advanced experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, PERL, PHP, etc. Knowledge and experience with web development (HTML, JavaScript, C++, HTTTP)
• ServiceNow System Administrator Advanced Certification is an asset.
• Current status to work legally in Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Delivered 10+ Projects on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience as a technical resource working on the development of ServiceNow solutions
(essential).
• ITSM, CSM, ITOM and Integration Hub Experience.
• Strong ServiceNow experience in administrating, designing, developing, and delivering
ITSM.
• Experience with REST API, SOAP & JSON.
• Integrations with third parties desirable (AzureDevOps, Intercom, AlertMedia, MS
Teams).

• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
• Technical writing for requirements, design, testing, training and project management documents
• Full understanding of the Agile approach
• ITIL v3 Foundation and ServiceNow Certifications
• Legal ability to work in Canada
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate and communicate effectively with clients
